All beads are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship. I will replace the bead or refund your purchase price if you are unsatisfied. All beads are handmade and natural variations will occur but beads sold will be the beads pictured. Feel free to contact me with questions and requests for additional views before purchase.
Beads are glass and may not survive falls onto hard surfaces. They are generally very tough since they are properly annealed and hold up to daily wear in jewelry extremely well.
